Complete waste of money - avoid these shoes. Very poor quality and totally wrong size delivered. Material was plastic-like, not leather as advertised and nothing like the photos in the ad. Totally useless and gone straight in the bin.

Not a money back guarantee! the returns process costs more then the product. Dont order from this company. Website say's hassle free beware! In regard to the reply: I have advised your company about that and your staff said they couldnt do anything about it but it wasnt a FULL refund it was only a part refund due to the hidden admin charges your dont seem to mention on your MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!

Zero response to complaint. Once again, Gatsbyshoes say that they want to resolve a complaint but in fact their action is zero, See below their standard response: "Thank you for reaching out and providing us with your feedback regarding your experience with Gatsbyshoes. As in my earlier reviews, this company is one you do not want to purchase product from..why? If the product quality is poor Or, they have sent the wrong size Or, a returned product goes missing....you have to pay the cost of the return! This cost is often more than the shoe that you purchased, OH, and if the return goes missing (see other customer reviews) you get zero help from their ironically named Customer Service! Seriously, if you are looking to purchase shoes, do not order from this company, if you do, you will be sorry. shoe.

These shoes are crap. My husband went up a size and still they were to small. Could not exchange them for a larger size because they were already the largest size. Paid extra for the "easy" exchange/return option and was still charged a 10% administrative/restocking fee. Completely scam! And the shoes were not very nice on top of it all. Very cheaply made.

Beware of this website, they are a Spam shoes 👞 makers providing false advertising. They give you a 24/7 customer service phone number that is false 😑. When you dial it, it say to email them about you concerns 🙄 and you do, but it's a bot that responds back not answering your questions. I emailed 4 times asking for help and the same bot response everytime, unwilling to answer my questions. I now have disputed the charge applied to my citi credit card 💳. They said no worries they will take care of it, that I'm protected against Spam websites like these.

The wrong size was sent for everything. Even though it was a size too large the fit was tight. The quality of the shoes is less than products at half their cost. I purchased the free and easy return but still am being charged a return fee of about 10% and have to pay for shipping. If you are looking to “try” the shoes be aware that will cost you no matter what. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

This is complete nonsense and factually incorrect. You haven’t tried to contact me at all. However if you want to resolve my concerns don’t continue to fight the credit being issued to my credit card. You have received the shoes back several months ago in accordance with your return policy. Not too mention your return process cost me an additional $45. If you want to be a reputable business issue the credit for the returned product———- 6/5/24 The shoes are some of the lowest quality and the return policy is nothing but a scam!! I purchased 2 pairs at the same time back 23. I promptly returned them, after trying to contact their worthless customer service, as instructed. Keep in mind this alone cost me $45. Since then I have been fighting to get a credit. This company is a complete scam. Save you money and frustration. DONT BUY THESE!! Tell all your friends
