These shoes literally fell apart within 2 weeks. And they refused to do a return despite their 30 day guarantee. The entire sole separated from the shoe because it is only held on with glue. Horrible product made cheaply in China. Took 4 weeks to arrive, then literally fell apart. Their customer service is a joke. I feel like I got scammed. Edit: 5/13/2025: they did reach out to me after I sent them an email. But since it took so long to get the shoes I was past the 30 day guarantee and their form didnt accept my confirmation number. It wasnt worth the effort to fight them on it. In the end it wouldn't matter if they had the best customer service and I got a return. The quality of their shoes is terrible and no one should buy them. The heel separated, the heel isn't solid at all, just air with some support slats going right up to the fake leather you're heel is on. They are not orthopedic, just glued together rubber, plastic, and fake leather.

Had these shoes a couple of months, and despite very little use the inside started to fall apart and they became uncomfortable, then the entire sole detached from one of the shoes. At this point I have had a reply from them, but basically they are just not interested. I will amend if they decide to do the right thing. NB - The answer below is nonsense!!

Utter rubbish and terrible return policy. Disgusting misrepresentation of their quality. I wasted $50 in shipping back and their restocking fee for 2 pairs of shoes that not only are nowhere near the size ordered, but also cheap and nasty quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT ORDER AND LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY REFUSED TO OFFER A PROPER REFUND SO DON'T BELIEVE THE "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" FALSE CLAIMS.

do not buy from them i keep getting emails to recommend shoes and I can make a profit shoes not fit for purpose they are to me deliberately sending out wrong sizes to make money.....latest email are demanding I return not fit for purpose shoes at my cost I'm not willing to do this if they are in desperate need I've asked them to arrange a postage label or arrange collection of the shoes that are not as described and not fit for purpose

Terrible company Save your money and don’t fall for all the fancy vidoes and photos on social media. I ordered a pair of shoes and was realy looking forward to get them once they finally arrived I immediately tried them on only to find them at least a size to big. I checked the sizing and they are purposely sizing them wrong so they can make more money on there hiden restocking fee, all there marketing says free returns in 30 days so you think you are buying in confidence, when I wrote to them they are not interested in sending a replacement pair of the correct size, all they said send them back at my cost and they will charge me a restocking fee absolutely disgusting STAY FAR AWAY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I HAVE WASTED £55 ….. So you have now responded to me saying you have given me options to return the shoes, this is incorrect you have told me to return them at my expense and you will charge me a restocking fee and by the time i do that it will cost me more than what the shoes costs me in the first place 😡😡😡

Terrible product quality and customer support. I bought two pairs of their leather wide fit shoes (black and brown). I’ve worn the black pair about 15 times in the space of three months and the heel/sole have fallen apart. I like the fit and look for the shoe and expected them to acknowledge the defect and send a replacement pair. Alas they quoted me a 30 day returns policy and refused to replace or refund them. I can only think this is a scam, whereby they sell poor quality shoes in the knowledge they will fail. Avoid at all costs

delivery of the shoes was weeks past a normal time period. The shoes had no arch support whatsoever and the quality of materials are bad. I truly believe the company is not legit. Getting a refund was very difficult and I had to pay restocking fees. They made money off of me, and got the shoes back to resell to another sucker.

Never even got the shoes. The delivery company ran me around in circles after lying about why they failed delivery. 2 weeks later, they decide to return my package without an additional redeli ery attempt. Gatsby support was of no help and would o ly update me every 3 days. They also refused to use a diffent delivery company. I requested a refund instead of a redelivery. Still waiting on that refund.
