My order took several weeks. I don’t like not being able to talk with alive person. When I return my items I was responsible return shipping.

A very good experience. App is east to use a d product arrived as expected. US size larger than CDN, but ok so far.

Great shoes, but would’ve liked a little more room in the tie box. Very stylish shoes and have received numerous compliments on their appearance.

Shipping took a little longer than anticipated. Had to add an aftermarket insole to soften the shoe. Love the look and feel, am looking to more in a different color.

First of all Great Shoe. I had two concerns. One the shoes run about a 1/2 bigger for me. I order a 15 and the shoe was about 15 1/2. Also I order on Aug 23 expecting 3 to 5 day shipping. My shoes did not arrive until Sept 6th.

The shipping could have been a tad bit faster.....Great shoes.....Great experience overall....My next purchase is the loafers
