Returns expensive
My first pair of Gatsby shoes were great but that unfortunately was not the case with the second and last pair. That second pair were too tight so I requested an exchange for half size larger. I was told it would cost me another $30

We would also like to clarify that our refund policy is presented during the checkout process and specifies that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
