The purchase experience was fine however there was zero communication from shipment until shoes arrived. i had no idea when they would arrive and it was almost 3 weeks from the purchase. I contacted customer service and they provided lil info.

Shoes are great quality and came faster than I had originally anticipated after reading some terrible reviews! We got 2 pair and they are both very good quality! Gave 4 stars because I did have to contact customer service and responses were not the most useful. Tracking information is also very inaccurate.

The shoes were shipped in a timely manner. I only had one complaint - they smelled HORRIBLE...like VERY STRONG INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS. I had to air them out (secretly in the garage) before Christmas. The recipient reported that he will wear them around the house before making judgement on the fit. So far..so good.

The shoes arrived just in time for my husband's (81 birthday). He loved the shoes, and they fit perfectly. My one concern was not being able to receive a response from the company when I tried to contact them. Customer Service is important. However, I will be purchasing another pair for my husband.
