Customer Service on a wrong size return was terrific (although paperwork cumbersome). However, the response rate was quick and the replacement shoes were the perfect size. I did the site recommendation of ordering a different size and just doing a refund on the incorrect pair. He doesn't wear dress shoes often and the tired old off the rack brands looked like crap after one wear. Shoe store styles were uncomfortable and were cost prohibitive for how much wear he would get out of them. He loves the feel of the Gatsby shoes and they look like a million bucks. I will be a return customer and will definitely recommend. Edit: I followed all of the guidelines "Ava" sent for the return and getting my refund was seamless. Yes, they did take off for the original shipping costs, which was minimal, but as a small business owner myself, I do understand the concept of taking off that original shipping charge.

Order arrived in a timely manner, consistent with what I anticipated. As for the shoes themselves: the fit is lovely; the comfort level is high; and, moreover, I’m quite pleased. Thanks a lot! Would recommend.
