The product is great and very comfortable. I have been wearing them every day since I've received them, and I get many compliments on the unique style. Unfortunately, the shoes ship directly from China, so the do take a little while to get here. Mine took every bit of 15 business days to arrive. While I understand many retail goods are manufactured in China and sold in the United States, having a warehouse facility in the US to maintain and inventory would certainly expedite the shipping and overall shopping experience.

I'm happy with my new shoes, they're comfortable and look stylish! The price was great too! The shipping was slow though, it took two weeks to receive my shoes and the tracking wasn't helpful, since the tracking only updated very slowly! I couldn't see the status of my shipping at all until the order arrived in my local city.

The style of their shoes. And the feel of the shoes. Delivery time is a little slow.

Lots of great communication during the process. Would have rated it a five but the whole process took a few weeks from order to delivery. They are coming from China. Quality is good, not excellent. Look and feel fine, but represented as a stronger shoe

Ordering was easy but shipping took a little long. Product was packaged nicely. These were a gift to my husband that had to be given a little late but he ended up loving them.

I was disappointed on how long it took for them to come in the mail. so I reached out and they explained why? And they came a week after that. Also The shoe's are excellent quality. I did by the wide and I wish they were just a little wider for my feet. I also should went up a size from a 10 to an 11. And the could use a little more cushion for the feet to feel more like a tennis shoe. They still feel more like a dress shoe. But I do like them alot.
