Sorry for the delay, Ronald. They are discontinuing all of the parts for the older ROBO operators, and we ran short.

Not great, I was not informed that the part I ordered was on back order.

I was having trouble with my SL3000UL Gate box having a mind of it's own. Closing spratically. I talked to Tech and he advised the fix. We installed today. Easy to change out both circuit boards. As of right now, the gate works. I will hopefully know if we fixed the problem within a few days.

This was my first order placed with Gatehouse. The representative that I spoke with was very kind and provided me with all the information that I needed to place an order. The product was prepared and shipped the next day. I didn't expect to receive my part for at least 7 - 10 days it was delivered in 3 days! I give the employees of Gatehouse a 5 star rating!
