Just bought a Paloma Wool sweater from a boutique on Garmentory and I could not have had a better experience. The sweater was sold out everywhere — I got it on Garmentory on sale with free shipping. It shipped the same day and arrived maybe four days later in perfect condition. I know a lot of it has to do with the shop you’re buying through, but the service was exceptional.

I ordered from Blanscom on Garmentory for the first time and my experience with this particular boutique on Garmentory was a wonderful and pleasant experience. I was kind of skeptical because I hadn't ever heard of this site and I was reluctant about ordering from here. After 1 week of considering whether to order from this company in which I knew nothing about, I made the decision while praying that this was a legitimate website to go ahead and give it a try and I'm so glad that I did. I found the exact items I was looking for and they were on sale with free shipping due to the total of my purchase. I emailed a question to the boutique and was responded to in a timely manner. The total process from start to finish of me finally ordering and receiving my merchandise was 5 days. I ordered on a Saturday, my items shipped Monday and was delivered to me on Wednesday which was only 2 business days from the date of shipping. I absolutely loved this fast shipping and the sale prices I paid for my brand new items as they only sell new items not used. My items arrived well packaged and was in the factory sealed plastic. My items were just as pictured and described. My 1st experience was a well pleasing experience and yes I do recommend buying from Blanscom on Garmentory!

It was my first time using garmentory website and after reading all these negative reviews I still decided to give it a shot, I can’t explain why just a gut feeling. I live in Dubai and the item I wanted was in Colorado. I received my item in exactly 7 days in perfect condition. I was super pleased with garmentory website. The customer service is more than just amazing! I was so worried that the website is a scam that I wrote to them everyday and they would always reply in less than 24 hours. I so so recommend them!
