i’ve made a couple of purchases through this website and have had great experiences in both instances. the first time i bought a pair of pants, which are now my favorites, that i get compliments on all the time. the second time i purchased a pair of boots that i wasn’t too sure about regarding the size, and the customer service reps that handled me went out of their way to contact the boutique. not only did they act as a liaison to confirm that i’d be able to exchange the boots should they not fit, but they also were able to get me the modified price that was applied after i made the purchase. i really felt like they went above and beyond to take care of me in a timely manner. not only that, but this website has WONDERFUL inventory! i love being able to support boutiques and smaller businesses from across the country and attain pieces that i don’t see other people wearing.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shoes and customer service was great in helping resolve the issue, offered free returns and I finally have the correct pair of shoes. Ordered jeans and shipped really quickly just as pictured. I see a lot of people had some bad experiences which is unfortunate but mine was great. There is no returns (final sale) for my item which was clear from the disclaimer.
