I ordered a BioLite FirePit+ from Garmentory last week. The process was simple to follow and I was sent an email stating that it was to ship by week's end and I would receive it by Monday. When it did not arrive on the expected date, an email was sent and they responded quickly. There was a one day delay (typical these days) and it arrived in perfect condition on Tuesday. I had ordered a top which I wanted to exchange. The Garmentory team were extremely responsive, and the exchange process was quick and straightforward. The replacement item I ended up having to return, and the customer service team were able to help me with this as well. I felt like they were there to support me, as well as the boutique that I was buying from - which was great!

Garmentory has always been a favorite of mine for shopping- not only do they have an array of products (I love that they pick vendors who carry small and independent designers!) but I love that they source from multiple shops throughout the country. Their customer service is always quick and helpful and not to mention they offer affirm for checkout! All in all they’re one I’ll continue to go to again and again.
