Extremely difficult to deal with this merchant. I would advise to purchase from any other merchant on the face of the earth than waste your time and money with Garmentory. Thier customer service sucks and their employees are rude!! Shop SSENSE, they have great service and less red tape

I recently purchased a HVISK bag via Garmentory and for some reason, the advertised discounted sale price that was listed at the time was not honoured due to what I can only assume was a technical fault at point of sale. I emailed Garmentory immediately once I received my order confirmation, with a screenshot of the price as they requested me to do and my order number and just asked them to honour the advertised price and they are refusing to. They took so long to reply to my email that now I can’t cancel because it’s already dispatched. I’d just like a partial refund to honour discount they advertised and that I qualified for. It’s been such a disappointing experience. I forwarded my complaint to the third party seller Rikuku who are listed as the the shop who stocked it to see if they can help even though the onus is on Garmentory to honour their advertised sale price and they just said I need to contact “Azelea”. I’m honestly so confused and not convinced this isn’t a complete scam operation and having read the messages on the Garmentory Instagram of other misfortunate customers it’s almost looking much like it is, lots of poor experiences. I wish I had done my research prior to purchase. My order number is R326808623. Can I please just have the 10% discount your website promised. Thank you. :( Update: My partial refund has been issued. They sell cheaply made product at a high price. The quality of the dress is similar to plastic and yard ground cover. It was my first time shopping at garmentory and also the last time. Stop. Scamming. Customers!

Do not shop with this company. Scammers. I was scammed trough garmentory.com. I've ordered Mfpen Prestige Jacket in size Large on garmentory.com from some calculus store. calculusvictoria.ca sent me jacket with size tag cut off from the garment. Jacket fits small so i contacted the brand Mfpen to send me exact measurements to identify the size. I've measured the jacket and it is actually size small, although calculusvictoria.ca sent paper tag that says Large, which is a lie. (I included the photo of the place where size tag should be but is cut off) Calculusvictoria.ca did not respond to my emails and garmentory did nothing but annoy me with half generic emails, always responding with different name in emails and you have to repeat what happened for nothing, like its your fault and you try to scam them. Some shady behaviour involved in all of this, Im disgusted honestly. Find a better place to shop.

They are dishonest and the customer service is unprofessional and clearly inexperienced. Stay away, if you have an order issue, do not expect it to get resolved the way other businesses take care of customers.

Garmentory......Absolute disgrace. If you live in the UK what they don't tell you when you place an order with them, is that that UPS will be delivering in the UK. With UPS you will be paying at least an extra £50 on top of that to get them to your doorstep. Shame on you Naquisa for letting these charlatans at Garmentory sell your product. I have been purchasing Naquisa shoes for years. Never had a problem until now. If I were Naquisa I would sack you.

Either the people who work here are intentionally dense, or they are committing fraud by double charging provincial sales tax to Canadian customers. Each time I try to explain it to them, they tell me to contact the carrier, UPS, who then tells me to contact Garmentory. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY for Canadians unless you want to pay double the taxes on everything you buy.

This website is a scam. Terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes that unfortunately do not fit and they won't let me return them. They told me I can resell them on their site for 80% of the price I resell. Total scam.
