Great and prompt service-- there was an issue on sizing for something I purchased, and the team very quickly got back to me.

I had contacted customer service, to arrange my order to be shipped USPS to Canada to avoid paying custom broker fees that are always charge by the big name couriers like FedEX, UPS, and DHL. I was told that it could be arranged but the next day I receive an e-mail with an UPS tracking number for my order. I could see it had not picked up yet so I quickly e-mailed to ask to change this immediately. Customer service e-mailed back to apologize and that they will correct it this mistake. Unfortunately, it was too late as UPS had picked up order and it was en route. I ended paying and extra $10 for brokerage fees, but customer service quickly e-mailed to issue me $15 credit for their mistake and assured me that this mistake will not happen again. That is what I call great customer service!

I ordered a paid of clogs on final sale through Garmentory. When they arrived, they were unfortunately too big. I contacted customer service to ask if an exchange was possible. They responded promptly and worked with the boutique seller to facilitate a one-time exchange. I received multiple emails from Garmentory keeping me up to date on the process.
