Bought really great boots from a London boutique. Received them in New York about 3-4 days later. Great experience because (i) the boots weren't available in NY so they are unique, (ii) ordering and shipping was fast and completely painless, (ii) they are exactly as pictured in the online photo (iv) searching for them on the website was easy and (v) Garmentory advised when they were shipped and when they would be received.

I recently ordered an item. When the package arrived, it was empty. While frustrating, I can understand how things like this happen occasionally. What made this experience worth 5 stars is that I reached out to customer service and in less than 72 hours, I have a replacement item and a slight refund for the "inconvenience". I don't expect when shopping on line that there will never be a hitch, but it's customer service like this that will keep me coming back.
