One time I returned something late and reached out to customer service asking if they could excuse the lateness and if I could still get a refund and they allowed it. I have received on my current order apparently my size I ordered was sold out at first I was so unhappy cause I thought I won't be getting my shoes but customer service emailed saying they have one in a sz up i said that would be great after that I got my shoes and in a short period of time
