I ordered a pair of beautiful shoes. Almost as soon I purchased them you guys ship them. I received updates of my order the whole week, and I got them two days ago. I had all kinds of snafu with Canadian border customs and packages being delayed...the Garmentory support team was amazing helping me work through it all and refunding the extra costs that shouldn't have occurred as a result of all the delivery issues. Beyond impressed with the speed of customer service and the attention to detail that has been shown by everyone at Garmentory (it's really clear that they are actually reading my emails). This level of care is really rare in the consumer apparel industry, especially when ordering online - and it really makes me want to order from them again in future.

I had a very good customer service experience dealing with a return. (Less good experience asking for advise on sizing, but that's less important).

I’ve purchased a handful of items from Garmentry. Every experience has been very positive. When I wrote them to see if they had any more of an item they contacted me right away when they saw the item come through again. Customer service was extremely kind and helpful. I plan to continue to shop again. Also, they often have sales and I’ve been able to pick up some high quality pieces at a more affordable price point.

Garmentory has excellent customer service. If I ever have a problem to resolve all I have to do is send a email and someone always helps usually the same day. They respond quickly and always help resolve any and all problems. I love that I can pay over time and I love that they support small businesses.
