Literally no one will get back to me about an order I placed that was not shipped out. Their chatbot is literally the worst and no one is monitoring the chatbot or text messages. This is not acceptable. Will not purchase from here again. Do not recommend.

Shipping was very slow and I received shoes that had scuff marks on the sole of the shoe, but not on the heel rubber. I assumed this would not be an issue since A) they were sent to me that way and B) I tried them on in my house and never wore them outside. When I decided to return them (they were still too narrow for my foot), my return was approved, then rejected due to the wear on the sole. I wish I had taken photos, but alas I did not. Now I am stuck with a very expensive pair of heels that don't fit. I am very frustrated. I'm a 50 year old woman. This is not the first time I've ordered shoes online (I KNOW TO NOT WEAR THEM OUTSIDE) but, it will be the last time I purchase from Garmentory.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. My experience appears to be consistent with MANY reviews on BBB (which I wish I had reviewed before ordering). I found a sweater which was at a good price and scrolled through the series of buttons to order. I was charged 15.00 shipping and 15.00 tax on a 145 sweater coming from Canada. Come to learn that the shipper chosen by this company has HUGE HUGE costs that increased the cost of this 145 sweater by over 40%! I can understand the 10% tariff but the lack of customer service and any attempt to address the HUGE discrepancy was totally lacking from this company. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO USE. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME WITH THEM AND THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER. LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE.

I insured package while shopping, the package was not delivered, Ganmentory transfered me to Seel and Seel requested police report for stolen package and I even don't know it was stolen or undelivered, the porch camera doesn't show anything. So they both refuse make a refund, I'll never by anything from this merchant and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Disposed from DHL . I’m now out of pocket 400 dollars.

They discarded a return from DHL, because of a custom fee and left me $400 out of pocket.

Absolutely awful company, and customer service. Purchased shoes and they sent the wrong size. Returned via the return label they sent. Would not provide a refund. Worst customer service, terrible company don’t trust them.

I would have put no stars had it allowed me to still give a review. This company is horrible. I bought a shirt on sale and ended up being informed the day it was supposed to be delivered that the shipping and tariffs were going to be more expensive than the actual shirt cost me to begin with. I had to pay it because I needed it for an event. However, it was never delivered to me. It was delivered to another address across town. I immediately provided them with the information of the individual that reached out to me that received it and they kept telling me that I needed to reach out to them and get the package. Even though I paid for the insurance. Then when I reached out to the individual who received my package, they said it had been picked up and returned. This company then sends me to file a claim which was also a hot mess. They kept having issues with their system and then when they finally got it working (after days of going back and forth) the company wanted an ID, social, car I drove, where…. Very weird information. I am just going to lose my money which now was about $300. Will absolutely never support this company and will tell everyone to avoid.
