GarmentoryReviews of garmentory.com

DO NOT BUY from them. Their pictures of the items are photoshopped. Purchased a pair boots from them and the color is completely different. They refused to accept my return as it was final sale but the color isn't even the same!!!!!

Ordered boots for grandson for Christmas. Received boots 2 weeks before Christmas and Garmentory site stated that the 7 day return policy was extended for Holidays for most vendors. Tried to return and was rejected stating that vendor did no opt into Holiday returm program. There was no indication on order that this option was not available. Company did not give any consideration for exchange. Wish I had seen all the poor ratings for Garmentory before ordering. Will not order again from them and everyone should be leary of ordering also.

Sure wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Dress was nothing like the photos and they refused return because of their ridiculously strict TWO-DAY return policy, despite the fact I could prove I was out of town when the dress arrived and requested the return the exact day I arrived back at home after the week away. Terrible service, and photos are not an accurate depiction of product. I’m an avid online shopper but I’ve UNSUBSCRIBED from this site and will tell everyone I know it is not good.

DON’T BUY IN GARMENTORY!! Be very careful in buying here. Garmentory has a very bad return policy. Very often they do a so call “flash sale” not transparently communicated to buyers. If you buy a product that is discounted or on sale, GARMENTORY DOSENT ALLOW YOU TO RETUNR IT OR EXCHANGE, because they claim is final sale. I just buy a pants recently that it was just discounted from 266 USD to 225 USD, and because of that I was not allow to return them or exchange.

Do not buy anything from this Scam company! Awful experience! They do not offer returns if it exceeds 7 days even the shipping was delayed, they will blame you not return on time and never return your money back. Do not do business with them!

Buyers beware!!! Do not order from this company. I bought some pants and a belt from them and the site indicated that I was being charged in Canadian funds as it was being shipped from a store in Canada to my residence in Canada. Luckily I checked my Visa and in fact was charged in USD. I tried to cancel my order and they do not give you this option. I tried calling and nobody answers the phone. I tried emailing and nobody returns my emails. I highly suggest you contact the origional store and buy direct as Garmentory offers horrible customer service. I'm still waiting to get a response.

Placed an order for three items and funds were immediately removed from my bank account. Received a thank you email stating my order was being processed. Four days later and the items still hadn't been delivered in spite of the date I was quoted. Checked my email again and saw I'd received a second email same day of ordering that went to spam stating that the boutique had sold the very last of one of the items and that this item would, of course, be refunded - they wanted to confirm I still wanted to proceed with receiving the other two. As I said, this was now four days later but my refund was still nowhere to be seen. I immediately confirmed with Garmentory that I still wanted the other two items shipped to which I was told the boutique would contact me soon with shipping details and that Garmentory had just processed my refund which would take another 3-5 days to clear - not sure why it hadn't been processed when the first notice went out. You shouldn't need a confirmation to give money back when products paid for are not available. I contacted the boutique myself this morning and they had no record in their system of my order because apparently it had never been pushed through from Garmentory's system to theirs, which means those shipping details Garmentory claimed would come from the boutique were likely not coming any time soon. The boutique was super helpful looking into it for me though - contacting their shipping dept immediately to see that it would be processed and sent out today. In the future I will order directly through the boutiques for more reliable order processing and customer service.

They are a bunch of crooks! Hope they go out of business!
