Bought a pair of sandals as advertised and, rather than own up to their own mistake, I receive this email: "We are so sorry for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, there was a listing error on these Teva Men's Original Universal, and they were listed incorrectly and retail for $55.00. We are so sorry for the inconvenience! We have canceled this order and you will not be charged."

Poor customer service. They sent me the wrong item and when I requested the correct item to be sent they tried to charge me more than what I had originally paid! They messed up on the pricing originally. Which is and should not be on the customer. That is 100% on Garmentory. I requested to have the correct item sent and at the price I origanally paid. They refused to budge. So for $8 you lost a customer that would be spending 100s of dollars. Awesome buisness sense.

Absolutely horrible customer experience. Rude emails, refusal to believe that the item they sent me is oversized even though they promised it would be true to size (I had to send pictures and now they’re ignoring me), and refusal to make it a fair exchanges (not allowing for returns, credit, price matching - turns out there are jackets in other platforms for almost $200 cheaper), etc. So disappointing. I’d recommend going with another online retailer / curator like ShopBop, the actual brand website, Saks, net a porter, etc… (better customer service and shopping experience).

They charge $20 if you want to ensure that you can refund your clothing. They also nickel and dime you in other ways.

Very late delivery (advertised 4 days, it's now been 3 weeks) can't get a hold of customer support, order was $700 and complete radio silence. Horrible experience

If I could give Garmentory zero stars I would. Customer service is a joke - they clearly do not value the client. One item never made it and was returned by Garmentory istself , yet I was only partially refunded ( charged for shipping) The second item arrived 2 months late ( despite advertising international shipping 14 business days.) Dealing with Jemma is a nightmare - she does not appreciate or value client retention - refused to refund me and then tried to offer a $15 on account - now what are you thinking trying to dangle carrots - adding insult to injury. I would not recommend this company - which is unfortunate as I prefer to support small business. But come on - get with it . At the end of the day, without your customers you have nothing.

Buyer beware! This company will not return merchandise. If you pay through pay pal they will make you drop your dispute claim promising to refund you. I returned my items in accordance to their return policy, now they have their merchandise back and kept my payment. They are great at taking your money but not refunding it. Please read BBB reviews. Pretty disappointed by the returns service. I bought a sweater for $170 as a gift and by the time she had tried it on and looked at returning it the 7-day window for returns had closed. Why such a short window for premium items? Seems like a bit of a scam. Put me off buying anything from them again.
