Where is my order???
Ordered the raised bed in September. Was supposed to ship On 9/19. It has still not arrived (today is October 23rd.) Called customer service twice, friendly folks who both told me to “give it a few days.” Last rep said it looks like Halloween for a ship date, but no emails or updates from the company itself. Understand if you have a volume issue, etc. but, communication is a big zero from Gardeners Supply. Seeing my thoughts of a Fall garden slipping away. And to boot, promotion emails to buy more stuff are annoying when I still haven’t gotten what I ordered in the first place.

Terrible
I ordered a piece of equipment from Gardners Supply based on the reputation of the company and the price. This was my, first order experience with them and was I very disappointed. When I placed my order I was advised the product would ship in 7-10 days and I would get an email when my order shipped. After waiting the allotted time I called customer service and was told it was a third party vendor and they were running behind. After about another week I called back and customer service and was told my product was shipping that day, so I expected an email update with the shipping information, but that didn’t happen either After a few days I call back and customer service said they would check with the warehouse. Having been in customer service for over 30 years, I was expecting a call back by the next day, but it did not happen. I again called customer service this time they advised me it could take several days for the vendor to call them back. Not wanting to wait until someone decided that they could be bothered enough to give me an answer I canceled my order. I placed my order on Amazon and got the product I needed in two days.

The customer service was excellent but…
The customer service was excellent but the item was not in stock. A notice that it was out of stock would be helpful. I had to call to get an update. This was for a gift and I had to scramble or cancel this item and get another.
