The bottle tree was so easy
The bottle tree was so easy to assemble. Delivery was quick as well. It looks great in my backyard however I hear they are supposed to be put by a door to catch the evil spirits before the come in your house. I may have to rethink the placement...

COVID has rendered ordering online virtually pointless
I ordered a composter in May. It was back-ordered, which I knew at the time of purchase, but the shipping date KEPT getting delayed, many months past when it was originally slated. Finally, after 5 months, I was contacted by customer service and told the composter wouldn't ship at all. So I canceled the order and order the same composter elsewhere for more $. Two days later my composter arrived from Gardener's Supply. I was lucky enough to cancel my second order (I did not need 2 composters) but the whole thing was confusing and frustrating.

Back order misinfo
When I love the products on offer and the ease of the shopping experience, I was never informed that one of my products was back ordered for 2 months until I received my confirmation email. That really should have been mentioned on the product page, so I could have made a more thoughtful choice before shelling out cash.

I bought an amaryllis
I bought an amaryllis. I have plenty of pots already and so wanted only the bulb. It came with instructions and was easy to plant. I am waiting patiently for it to bloom. It was delivered when indicated and I have plenty of time for it to bloom at Christmas. We (my husband and I) order much of our summer tomato needs from GS and have never been disappointed with the products, delivery, or follow up service when needed. :)
