I love shopping with you

Great company and product
Had a great experience through the whole process. I saw the rubber mulch walkway and ordered it. The company had already indicated that it was backordered and would ship around 10/11. The order did ship around that date and when I received the items they were very well packaged. I have put the walkway in and it is exactly as advertised. We could not be more pleased.

All is Well!
Didn’t get my order so called and David handled it for me. I just got a notice this morning that my order is complete. So, now I wait for email saying it has shipped. Thank you David. All is well.

Once together, I like the product
I like the product, now that I have finally purchased the 4 missing screws and 8 missing dowels! The dowels I purchased were longer than the holes, so that required extra work at drilling the holes deeper. The directions should be inside with the parts, not under the shipping label! I had to call and find out the directions were on your website and then later discovered them under the label. I purchased a plant grow lamp stand, separately and had no issue with it. Once I got through all the issues, I do like the grow light stand.

My raised beds (Birdie beds) arrived…
My raised beds (Birdie beds) arrived and were easy to assemble. And I love them. They fit perfectly in my new greenhouse. Now I have several panels I did not use. I’m hoping you will devise some way to use to panels so they don’t go to waste.

I ordered something a couple of weeks…
I ordered something a couple of weeks ago and it won’t be shipped until the end of November at the earliest. Poor service in my opinion.

Adirondack chair cover
I ordered two waterproof Adirondack chair covers. The covers leaked lots of water onto the chairs. I called and was immediately offered a full refund or gift card. I chose and received the gift card the same day. Great service, standing behind the 100% garentee. Thanks garden supply!
