Deep cedar raises beds
I ordered the tall cedar raised beds. Shipping was SIGNIFICANTLY faster than stated. The kits are well packed and easy to put together. I am very happy with them at this point and hope they last for many years!

Quick to ship
I placed the most recent order on the 18th and it was shipped on the 21st. One of the slight dissatisfaction I had in the past with Gardeners' was its taking a while (a week or 10 days) between receiving the order and shipping but that's not an issue at all any more.

Happy Customer
I bought some self water balcony containers. They took a long time to come due to COVID but they were great when they arrived and Garden Supply kept me informed. I also got some plant protection blankets and they are great. Thank you.

rail planters
We really like the rail planters and have ordered 2 more for a total of 6. Just not happy that they are always on back order.

Like the planter for vegetables
Like the planter for vegetables - I think it would be nice to pair the tomato cage with the plantar.

Excellent customer service!
I ordered a window tray and pots, and the tray was damaged during the shipping process. I contacted customer service and sent photos of the damaged tray. The customer service representative apologized for the damage (which clearly was not their fault) and promptly sent me a replacement tray. The entire transaction was quick and fixed the problem. It was an excellent experience!

Amaryllis order
I put in an order for an amaryllis on Sept. 21 and it still hasn't shipped. I was told at first that it would ship on Oct. 6 and then Oct. 23. It still hasn't shipped. It's order number 820529019. I am customer number 13979262. I have ordered other stuff from Gardener's Supply and have been happy with them.
