The products are good but it takes so damn long to get them. I get tired of waiting and waiting and waiting for them to come. I don’t understand why it takes so long to get some thing mailed.

Bought planters on the 9th and it’s the 24th and they still haven’t been shipped according to the order status. I called on the 19th and was told they would be shipped that day. I have to call for the second time to see if they are going to be shipped, a little disappointed.

Shipping took longer than expected. Also, the hold on my credit card is still there almost 30 days now tying up my money, this is not acceptable.

I was pleased with the soaker hoses and set them up and the next day they have been chewed to pieces by rodents. I've contacted several different sites and Garderner's supply to see if there might be someway to avoid this but no one yet has contacted me with any assistance. But otherwise I liked it and apparently so do pack-rats and mice and who knows what else.

The website is easy to go through and the product I received was just as they described.

The shipping time was reasonable and the stake was well packaged. The hose holder was exactly as described. It is sturdy and looks well in the yard. I’m not sure how well it would hold a very long hose however.

Always have very good, quality products at affordable prices. Especially good deals when they offer the occasional coupons and seasonal discounts. Shipping is usually very expensive compared to other on-line shopping and usually motivates me to consider other retailers. I try to wait for the free shipping deals, which don't come often enough. Wish they could get their shipping costs down.

these cool weather row cloches seemed like the ideal solution to extend the season and I'll use them again in the Spring. Unfortunately the afternoon that I installed the cloches, Mother Nature sent a weather front through and the wind gusts were very strong. One of the end pieces is missing and probably miles away! A reviewer had noted that the garden staples included were worthless and I have to agree. Something substantial is needed to anchor or weigh these cloches down. I need to decide if I'll order replacement ends or improvise.
