I had spent a lot of time searching online for a special cover for new cacti I'm trying to grow in zone 7. I had been using a laundry basket and it look ridiculous but I couldn't find anything else. Then, it occurred to me to check Gardeners supply and I immediately found exactly what I was looking for. The price was fair and the measurements were perfect. It is exactly what I needed. Thanks!

Took months to get my order. I understand there was the covid issue but this was ridiculous.

Very good service, always top notch merchandise

I was very excited about my $150 order for spring flowering bulbs. I used money I received for my birthday on 9/11 and made my purchase on 9/25. I eagerly waited, and waited, and waited. The bulbs finally arrived after 1 full month on October 22. It was very frustrating to wait for that month. The problem was that the bulbs never shipped for three weeks after the order was placed. I live 1-1/2 hours drive from the locations of Gardener’s Supply stores and wished many times that I had just driven there to buy my bulbs. Another unforeseen challenge occurred with a couple of bulb collections I purchased. As a gardener who is relatively new to planting bulbs I was not able to identify the different types of bulbs I received Since they arrive in a mixed bag; I had a list of what types of flowers were included in the collection, and I was able to identify a few of the bulbs, but many I was not—I had not anticipated that difficulty. It is very easy to look up bulbs and learn about their preferred growing sites, depth of planting, whether or not they are deer resistant ..... but it is very difficult to get an image of what the bulbs look like, so you may not know what you are planting!

Ordered row covers and got them within a couple of days. The row covers were very nice. Heavy.

I placed my order on October 5, with the item listed as in stock. One week later, it had not shipped, so I spoke with customer service. I was told that it was now out of stock but would ship out within the week. A week later, it had not shipped so I called back and was told that they only ship on Mondays, but it was ready. The following Monday it had not shipped, so I called back on Tuesday and was told that they don't only ship on Monday's and that they didn't know what was going on, but would give me a call back by end of day. I did not receive a call back, and instead reached out again and was told that they still did not know what was going on. It has now been over 4 weeks with no explanation given as to why it has not shipped, but they blamed their warehouse and suppliers. I have cancelled the order and will never shop here again. While I understand that the issues may lie in their supply chain and not Gardener's Supply directly, I do hold them responsible for poor and inaccurate messaging and for the order's overall success.

Great product, great service. Just what I need.
