Claim to have 24/7 support, have to wait for 24 hours to get a response, then another 24 hours wait for more queations youve already answered, then another 24 for them to ask again, another 24 for them to ask permission to do the work, 24 more to do the work, 24 hours to be alerted to the work and 24 hours to realise nothing was done.

I recommend to use the chat service whenever something is wrong. They make you spare quite some time roaming around the settings configurations.

do not use, my server was down for 3 days straight, asked for refund or something, told its a 24 hour refund policy from taking the server which is wrong, if your paying for a service you should be entitled to a refund if not recieving that service, stay well clear guys, you have been warned.

If you want to host a server with high quality hardware for a cheap price and easy setup; GSK is the website for you, I set up my first Rust server with them and haven’t had any issues with lag/latency since, their helpful support team we’re always quick to respond to any questions I had, 10/10 service highly recommend

These dudes are pretty good, mad deals, my american pl;ayers love it, rene done a load of bonus stuff for me cause i said i have a time limit, we got everything up with some tinkering within about 24 hours, dont use the support so have no clue what folk are saying. i said git gud or get gone, they got mega gud.

GSK has a great consumer focus. Their support times are far faster than some of the previous hosts I have used, these guys are experienced and have helped me start to finish optimising plugins and going above and beyond everytime to make sure my server is doing well everytime i have had any issue. Their hardware is also unbeaten, you won't find many other hosts out there offering intel i9 machines! These servers do not lag and i am thoroughly impressed with this company. Will be sticking with these guys for the forseeable future.
