The server is easy to setup, with a great knowledge base which guides you how to setup certain features you may want on your server. If you want to do something that isn't covered by the knowledge base, then support is very easy to contact and often replies in less than a minute!! They have always managed to solve any problems I've had and do so in a friendly way. Overall, this company offers very good value servers that run fast and have little lag with an amazing customer service department. 10/10!!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I've been with GSK now for probably a year now. Whenever there was an issue with one of my servers, Dristan from support was always there to help within minutes. The performance is always solid with virtually no downtime. Flexibility with starting/cancelling servers is seamless as is the TCAdmin front end. I have tried 5 other hosts (while still subscribed to GSK) but in all honesty the price/performance ratio can not be beat. Thats why I will remain with GSK for the foreseeable future. Great job folks, keep up the great service.

The guys over at Game Server Kings know what they're doing. Everything is easy, affordable, and unproblematic. Support staff are always on top of it and pretty much active all the time. I would definitely recommend to many of my friends.

Terrible service not only did i have to wait two days for the server to be installed and ready to use I've had connection problems, listing problems, game lag and also game freezes, sometimes i couldn't even place or remove items in my server. I've had it a little over two weeks and when i informed them about this problem they have said the server has needed an update twice although its not made a difference. Wont be using these again.

Honestly such a rewarding experience, easy, VERY helpful staff and amazing guides for new people like me. By far the better hosting option.

I tried GSK after being with Fragnet for years as a bit of a change. Big mistake. I buy the server, realize I prefer Fragnet's features, so I leave the server to expire (or so I thought). I check my Paypal months later and realize they had been charging me monthly on a server I don't use. No mention of automatic payments during checkout process or invoice.. Customer service says they don't offer anything other than automatic which was a bit deceiving. Even their ToS makes it sound like you opt-in or out of automatic, not forced. Also, no way to cancel your membership through their website user panel by yourself. Your only option is to hope you don't forget the renewal date, contact them, and have them cancel. They need to make it much more obvious you're going to be continuously billed. At the very least they should add an opt-in/opt-out feature. They only refunded me the payment taken out today and not the other auto payments. I will be updating this post after the Paypal dispute is finished with their response.
