I used this service the better part of a year and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The customer service team is extremely helpful, educated and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issue. I Highly recommend this service and will personally use it again.

I originally reviewed this company in January and gave it 1 star. I've tried many other hosting companies but they offer 'send an email' customer service which is never immediate (when hosting a server and there is a problem 'waiting' can mean losing gamers'. I've since returned to Gamerserverkings because 1) their admin panel is without a doubt the friendliest and easiest to use. Get a server and with no experience or knowledge, you can go into the Admin Panel and immediately begin to use it without scratching your head. Since returning, the host and customer service have dramatically improved. Customer service is the best of all the hosts that I've rented thru so much so that I rented a 2nd server. I've noticed a vast improvement in downtime as well to almost zero. Thank you, again, for your immediate response to all my questions, dumb or not and for all your help on my hosting needs!

The support is fast and eloquent and the server experience they provide is great. I had tried out a different more cheaper but more popular server hosting service before called nodecraft and it was far inferior to the experience i had at GSK. The support helps you quickly amd efficiently and while the servers have a limited amoumt of slots it makes absolute sense to have them compared to the infinite slots at nodecraft for example You get a gig of ram and unlimited slots for their cheapest option more than 4 people join and it all goes downhill, while on gsk u have ur 8 slots at 64 gigs which makes for a much more enjoyable gameplay experience. Will definitely use them again if i plan on renting a server!

Jin was extremely helpful with any issues I had and took care of me within minutes. The server ran well and if I wasn't having financial issues I would have continued using their service.

The service provided by Gameserverkings is most likely the singular best option for those looking to break into server hosting, the ease of use phenomenal and they're detailed guides were paramount to my own success.

The world of hosting content is a very competitive one and often quite difficult to manage successfully, so there's a bit of YMMV grain of salt to be had from a customer standpoint. I must admit that so far my experience has be very favorable. If you're like me it's hard to qualify all of the "best game hosting" or "best Rust host" lists with actual valuable data. In that light, i have gone through a few hosts and landed on GameServerKings (GSK) not because of their humble title, but to be quite frank simply because they offered a good deal. What i got was way more value for the price than i could imagine. Like any search for a solution, you'll never have the same requirements as all of the other customers. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with GSK. I searched reddit and the googs for reviews on this place and then i came upon trustpilot. As i do for my amazon purchases i first go look at the bad reviews to see what i have to deal with. For GSK the bad reviews seem to be gravitating towards 1) automatic payment renewal and 2) customer response time. The bad reviews made me nervous because I'm stingy and to i dont like to wait to have problem resolved but for a monthly server that was a risk i was willing to take. I can honestly say that my experience with GSK makes those claims seem alien, as they have been stellar in both response time to my questions, and dealing with my billing. Personally i was looking to get a better value than my current host not that they were bad in the slightest, they are (were) very good, but because my server was expanding and we were looking to have a second. I place for service quality and customer service are on top of most other features. I wanted a Rust server that could serve a small community, so the 60 slots on there was more than enough. I want the Rust server to have Oxide, Check, Backups, Check. Could there be more options, sure maybe but these are more than good for now. So i ordered one of their servers, and to my suprise for what they were offering the monthly pricing was not only cheaper than my current host, but at the same time their shopping cart added a coupon code automatically before i even finished ordering it. I ordered it and i got an email confirmation and login account request to set up a password for my account. after i logged in, i found the interface fairly easy to use (not saying its perfect) but definitely easy to figure out (especially if you're an admin). After about 15 minutes my server was up and running with a default map and it was FAST. I mean REAL fast. from my previous host, i was getting maybe 70 fps @ 40ms ping, with this server im getting 85+FPS @ 15ms ping on my potato-ish PC. "Ok so that's not apples to apples, you dolt, the default map is only a 2000 size map with almost no entity spawn" you say. Touché, smart ass, so i loaded the same exact map that my pve server had 6000 size world map and i was getting, 80+ fps at @21 ms ping (also imported the entities). If you've ever played rust, you'll know that average constant fps is more than decent for a server. I was sold but i needed to have my admins test, and test we did. we tested for 20 hours of each weekend day. The server had less lag spikes and a smooth ping then the original server, for less. eventually we decided to port the two servers into new instances, i was sold on the price and wanted to lock it in for 12 months (you should REALLY consider this option, it's insanely affordable). The customer service folks were with me the entire night, even dealing with my post 1am ramblings about 1) being old and 2) a former good gamer. These guys were on point, they not only tolerated my inane babble but actually provided answers to every single one of my questions, completed every single one of my requests and provided information on how to be a better human being through the Zen and the art of Rust Administration. All kidding aside, i would highly recommend doing at least a month trial and seeing what results you get. I'm in the USA, on the East coast, and the server instance was set up on the east coast. I hope this review has been useful more than all the other reviews. Please rate this the GOAT review of 2020. kthx bye. oh yes, this is not a paid promo, though looking back maybe i should point out somethings that could be improved. ok sorry GSK but for the sake of my integrity here's some needed improvements: UI: -Client Area RCON password does not update/synch with TCadmin panel. the REAL rcon password will be in the tcadmin panel in a hard to find tab (because im old) -There's no way to order two servers initially, you have to order one, set up your account and then order another after being logged in (simple but you know, im lazy so i want it all NAO). Transfer: -would prefer SFTP instead of straight FTP over SSL/TLS -checksum error on some files when uploading (i'll put in a ticket)
