I had previously left GameServerKings and went to another host, will never make that mistake again. Gameserverkings support is the very best you can possibly get. i am thrilled to be using them again, i make server mistakes on a daily basis lol, and always get a live person to talk to within 60 secs, and they are always helpful and understanding of my issues

My experience with gameserverkings has been very positive, the times I did need help with my server I was always answered quickly and the problem was resolved. I'm sure I will be using their services again if I ever need to host another server.

i would rate more starts but not enough there but seriously for server rentals and for help and support is and was always A+ and due to different time zone help was always provided regardless and i will be gladly recommend as i have to many through my servers when i was advertising through server messages with a link to join GSK but i could go on but i would say the best server rentals and a affordable

i have been working on my server alot to make sure the players who join feel welcomed and that there time spent there is not wasted, to make sure that enjoy what i add and to fix whatever problems they have an issue with, the gameserverkings support have helped me with every issue ive experienced thus far really quickly, if i ever need to rent a server and i know i would need help with it, the support for gameserverkings is exactly the type of support i would want helping me.

They have ALWAYS been helpful and come to a resolution quickly for myself if ever i had any problems at all. have only stopped using them (for now) due to the game we were playing no longer gets played. great customer service everytime, and also very helpful with settings things up initially! (I asked for the review link as it states it was sent to me by the company)

Birgio hands-down best support guy. This support from Gameservers is incredible, when there is an issue it will be fixed to the best of their abilities, fast response times and the servers have no latency. Would recommend getting a server from them!

Jin is a stand up guy! He's incredibly helpful, passionate, reliable, I asked him a question another server hosting site couldn't answer and when he didn't have the full knowledge he went and found it to give me the correct answer the first time! What a pog champ.
