I ordered my son a controller for christmas and didnt receive it in time, now his birthday is coming up and still no controller. I email and call with no response. I am beginning to think its a fraudulent company. I am going to report it to my bank as fraud and go from there, worst service I have ever had.

I like the visual mods but rapid fire does not work. And it shuts off randomly. Poor quality

I ORDERED MY SONS CHRISTMAS PRESENT DECEMBER 17, 2013 THE WEB SITE SAYING BUILD TIMES RANGE FROM 6-10 DAY AND HOPING TO RECIEVE MY SONS GIFT BY CHRISTMAS KNOWING IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE BUT HOPEFULL. I HAVE CALLED THEM LEAVING OVER FIVE VOICE MAILS WITH NOT ONE RESPONSE. I HAVE EMAILED THEM OVER 3 TIMES WITH ONE RESPONSE SAYING BUILD TIMES ARE NOW 10-14 DAYS HERE WE ARE JANUARY 8TH AND MY ORDER IS STILL IN THE PROCESS MODE WITH NO UPDATE OR RESONSE TO MY EMAILS OR TELEPHONE CALLS. I CANT EVEN GET A REFUND AND MY ORDER CAME TO $198.00 IN THIS TOTAL COST I PAYED FOR NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING WHICH WAS $31.00 ALONE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING AT WAYS I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK WITH NO LUCK LOOKS LIKE THEY CLOSED THERE DOORS WITH NO RESPONSE STAY AWAY AND ORDER FROM ANOTHER VENDOR AND MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THERE BBB RECORD I WISH I WOULD HAVE

Received product in reasonable time frame. Very happy with product and condition of shipping.

I order my controller on December 17th and yet to have any new status on it! Everytime I log in to check the status all it shows is that it's in progress! That is rediculous! I would have gone elsewhere if I knew it would take this long. Then I get an email for a survey? Really? Rediculous!

I ordered on Dec 14 hoping for Christmas delivery, as this was my son's Christmas present. I called to checktge status on Dec 22 and it hadn't even been started yet. I was told at that time it would be here 2-3 days after Christmas. Disappointed, but what could I do. At that point was told a refund would take 7-10 days so we decided to wait on our product. Called again to check the status on Dec 31 because the website still wasn't updated. A different person said he would push it to the front that night to be built and shipped immediately. Finally received our controller on Jan 4. It seems to be a good product but the waiting was ridiculous. Definitely won't order from here again. ..especially since they don't provide updates or keep their word.
