Stay away from these peoples
I brought a controller from them and after 3 months it came, at the beginning it was missing up and then it stop working. we sent it back to them and after a month they tell us that there is liquid damage in it and that we open it up and they found rice in it. That had never happen and when I complain they got very rude with me, told me they will do nothing for me and then ask if I wanted the rice return with the unfix controller . Do not waste your money on there overprice controller. They will not stand behind there items

Good Afternoon Arnold. It was extremely obvious that the controller had water damage. You disassembled the controller trying to repair it yourself - which automatically voids the warranty. Additionally, there was rice inside your controller. RICE!!! We all know the rice trick, and appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue yourself. However, our warranty does not cover accidental damage. We hope people who read this will understand and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
