The timeline of 5 - 7 business days is always said as an average, which means, it can be less than that amount of time, or more. For your currently requested payment, it has not been 30 business days. Additionally, we have always been upfront and have disclosed the reasons for any payment delays in the past and will always continue to do so if that is the case. Support has recently been upgraded to go through a chat bot first, so as long as you answer the prompts correctly, your case would be transferred over to a live agent who will help you directly with your issue. We are continuously working to increase efficiency for all sectors of our company, which also includes payouts and support and can assure you that as we continue to grow and expand, our efficiency will only increase and improve.

Hello there, During this time we did a major revamp of our support, which included adding a new support platform and changes to our processes. Support is not handled via social platforms, including Discord. I would advise to try and reach out to support to submit a ban appeal through our new support system.

Forty-two days on a saque, then a Discord ban after you complained, still belongs in support for the money. Gamercraft pays legitimate balances. Open support on gamercraft.com with your username. Email and Discord are not where we settle payouts in public.
