Pretty much a scam, even if you're not a smurf you'll get banned for "Cheating" then they will ask you to pay 15$ for appeal and deny it. Nice

it is totally scam. They dont pay. edit after response : you and your team lies. how many times am ı supposed to send tickets? You just dont pay and make people defrauded. Even 1 star is too much for your scam site.

Avoid GameCraft. I do not recommend this company to anyone. My account was restricted for alleged fraud without evidence, and they cancelled R$490 in withdrawals while also preventing me from withdrawing another US$44. This feels fraudulent and extremely scam-like. Many users report similar issues on Trustpilot. Stay away from this platform.

reason: unjustified ban Username: GAM4R I got banned from Gamercraft without any clear explanation of what policy I supposedly violated. At the time of the ban, I had $21.50 USD already in withdrawal process and $46.22 USD in available balance in my account — $67.72 total that I still haven't been able to recover. I sent a formal appeal to support requesting the specific reason for the ban and asking for my pending funds to be released. It has been over a week with no response at all. I'm not asking for anything unfair — just an explanation for the ban and my own money back. If anyone from Gamercraft support sees this, my username is [GAM4R]. Happy to update this review if it gets resolved, but right now this looks like exactly the pattern other reviewers here have described: bans right around payout time.

Shit platform, I won 7 out of 10 tournaments in TFT, and they banned me for cheating and took all my prize money and the money I had in my account that I´ve deposited. No response from support whatsoever. Stay away from this fraudulent platform.

Absoulte scam and they finally managed to rremove my reddit post on their reddit after all these years.
