Os seguintes erros deste site sao os seguintes: - Os jogos nao são muitas vezes atualizados de 30 em 30min como diz no site. - Enviamos o report com as provas e nada acontece. - O torneio dá-te a primeira classificação e as outras mesmo sendo melhores que a primeira nao atualiza. - O chat support não funciona porque nunca se tem resposta de ninguem. Por esses motivos todos dou 2 estrelas

Não efetuou meu pagamento, ja deu mais de 60 dias uteis que pedi, dia 02/09 fiz o pedido e nada de receber.

Besides the support there's nothing good in gamercraft ar the moment. Don't truste the OP, they will not pay you as promised. They will pay you, but after weeks or months giving you excuses. People got banned for no reason after the tournament ends, that means the first place in many tournaments is paid for no one. There are tons of bugs and it's also common the tournament ends and your matches didn't count, so you will need to take a lots of screenshots and prove you played several times. The money is good but it's a tiring process.

Sempre joguei dentro das normas da plataforma (Gamercraft) e do LoL. Minha conta foi banida dia 22 de julho de 2023 com alegação de smurfing. Ela (a conta) existe há 6 anos, foi criada em 2017 e desde aquele tempo eu jogo lol rotineiramente. Nunca fui banido no lol, sempre joguei dentro do permitido e alcancei os pontos que alcancei: viver entre o prata 4 e gold 1. Essa sempre é minha faixa de elo dentro de todo o período que joguei ranqueado, e jogo nessa conta há 6 anos. Tento entrar em contato com a plataforma para resolver o problema do banimento injusto, mas o suporte não retorna, o grupo do discord me baniu ao tentar contato e não respondem nas redes sociais também. Peço ajuda, eu gastei muitas horas e dinheiro na Gamercraft e ganhei um bom dinheiro, e sem justificativa perdi tudo. Eu não sou smurf, ninguém jogou nessa minha conta fora eu, e peço ajuda da Gamercraft para que resolvamos isso. Não mereci esse banimento. Sou um jogador frequente que gostou muito da iniciativa de vocês. Recomendei vocês para diversos amigos que também jogaram, sempre falei bem e incentivei a participarem. O suporte de vocês não responde e vocês não são acessíveis por outros meios, é algo necessário a melhorar.

I won their xmas grand prize giveaway, which was over half a year ago now. I still haven't received my prize.. which was the grand prize.. They removed all cash tournaments for NA without any announcement so I dont even know if they will come back.

your anti-smurf system sucks , your discord mods are terrible , banning people for no reason ( literally ) . i just said i got banned and linked my op.gg and instanly got banned without a reason . i played hours and hours and got 1 good game and instantly got banned and even if i get unbanned , im not going to get a compensation for the hours i wasted :)

Lower bracket competitions were swarmed by smurfs. Some teams were 'favorites' and would break rules constantly and fail to receive any punishment. They would try to find 'technicalities' when they failed to follow rules in champ select, time to arrive, etc etc. Participating in gamercraft tournaments are an uphill battle for new and lower elo teams. There's no real investigation of punishment for obvious smurfing. Another issue, though not against the rules - Alot of competitions include all elos which, due to low number of participants often result in a team of challengers sweeping against all other teams. Speaking to mods is often unproductive and the way rules are applied seems highly subjective especially when it comes to the 'regular/favorite' teams. Sometimes prizes don't come through sometimes. Paypal option doesn't work at all for some people as well.
