I purchased a $250 controller for ps5 and the button gave out in a week and mind you I was extremely careful when I was playing didn’t drop the controller or nothing do not waist your money and on top of that the customer service sucked !!!!

Got a purple haze controller that got cost me 250$ just for it break in two weeks on right trigger. Been trying to get in contact with no phone number no reply’s to my email expect 2 weeks after I send an email. 4 times with video this is sham. Do not waste your money with these people.

Bought a $180 Xbox Controller. This expensive device broke down 3 months after delivery. Specifically, the RT stopped working. It required multiple clicks for it to engage. Unfortunately, gamenetics has a 30-day refund only. They don't give 1 year warranty nor will they accept it for repair. They won't respond to messages if you're outside the 30 day window. They make their controllers with such poor quality. Do not buy from them.

I've always had an amazing experience with them, I have 4 controllers from them now, their shipping times have always been quick, which is usually an issue with custom controller companies, I bought rush build in got my controller in 2 weeks. They send really cool packaging too.
