I have nothing but positive things to say about this site and my experience with it. Setting up the server was really easy and when I did face trouble, the customer service was really supportive and helpful. They were quick and easy to talk to. The prices were great as well in comparison to most the others sites i’ve been on. Overall a great experience would recommend to anybody looking for an easy affordable server.

From start to finish, excellent service, clear expectations all met, would recommend 100% totally reasonable prices and fast action on changes and requests! i cannot sing enough praises!

Servers were always solid and interface was user friendly and modern. The purchase and (when I was finished playing the game) cancellation process was also pain free.

Everything was very straightforward and customisable, lots of options and guides for common issues, multiple of which I used when I just misunderstood or had trouble setting things up on my Minecraft server. Customer service is relatively quick and incredibly helpful and understandable, helped me incredibly quickly set up a refund during a tight month too, after accidentally letting a payment go through

really fast response with an issue we had.. Had a little lag when entering the new biome, but that went away once chunks loaded in.. Recommend for Enshrouded for sure!

Almost no issues with the server in the 4 months of owning it. Ran smoothly even when overly cramed. Anytime there was any question, the discord channel was able to help me almost instantaneously. 10/10 would recommend.
