Instability
We are having a lot of trouble and lag and the occasional server crash that requires restart on our small V rising server. Unlikely to use this hosting service in the future as my friends are dependent upon me manually restarting so often while at work. Edit: Thanks for the response GHB, but that hasn't been our experience. Our players have complained of experiencing progressive lag and are sometimes dropped from the server eventually unable to reconnect until I manually stop and restart.. but we appreciate the prompt feedback. Will address with your support team when I have a chance.

Hello, We're sorry to hear you've been having issues. After taking a look at your server, we can see it has not been crashing (You can confirm this via the Audit Logs), but rather this is a current V-Rising bug where randomly sometimes if a player disconnects, no new players can reconnect to the server. The only solution for this is to restart the server or have the affected players change their game to use steamp2p in the game settings. The game developers are aware of this bug and are working on a fix as stated in their Discord. As for any lag issues, this is not related to the issue above, so please reach out to our support staff asap as we need to diagnose and come up with a solution for you.
