Just love the patience and persistence and dedication of the doctor.

This is the very first time I used this type of service. I am a new retiree so trying ways to save on my healthcare.. I'm looking forward to using this and all it has to offer.

I think that they are doing fantastic. I’ve only been using them for a couple of days but have gotten more things done and a couple of days. Then I could have having to go to an actual doctor to request labs or referrals. I think that this is an amazing app and place to consider, they’re very quick to get back with you. The practitioner seemed like she knew what she was talking about and they do a lot of work for you. It’s pretty great. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Tran was really awesome! She explained the system and took the time to answer my questions. I switched insurance and none of my docs are on the list, so I was worried about my meds and what I would do for my back pain and cluneal nerve pain. They are getting me a referral.

It was quick and efficient. The NP acted like she truly cared.

I live in a small town so everything was closed. I was able to travel somewhere else to get tests needed done that they told me to do and get my medication fast.

My experience with the Galileo app is very great because it's very easy to use and also the communications with the doctors are awesome whenever you have a question or any concerns they are there to help you I love it

This is the second or third time I’ve used Galileo and it’s been so helpful. When you’re feeling so lousy that the thought of driving to see a doctor in the office seems impossible, it’s nice to be able to get evaluated at home. My only complaint (and it’s a minor one) is that response times can be on the slow side. Sometimes over 90 minutes. I’ve questioned at times if anyone was even seeing my case. That being said, the physicians are very thorough and make the process extremely easy. I’m very glad to have access to such a great service.
