Good overall experience and good customer service, but absolutely horrible delivery company. I sure wish it was something like Purolator or UPS. These other ones are terrible.

Serious company, shipping occurred in a few days. Obviously the delivery time depends on where you live, but the tracking system allows you to keep track of where the package is. Very beautiful and original products, arrived in perfect condition. Great customer service

Great customer service and good communication when I have needed to get in touch about orders. Their sales and discounts are great, and the products are good quality. comfortable and lasting– plus they always arrive quicker than expected

I bought a pair of shoes on this site. Everything seems to be good until the delivery tracking said that the shoes has been delivery, but it wasn't true. I tried to contact the customer service on their email, with a lot of emails but no one ever answered me. Really bad experience.

When I bought the Van Gogh inspired footwear, I was nervous about asking for a refund for a pair I didn't actually want (buyer's remorse) but upon reaching out, the person I emailled was really kind and managed to secure the refund for me! Will absolutely be wearing the "Sunflowers" inspired footwear every day. ☺️

Ordered and there was a problem with the address. I emailed the company, who responded quickly and my parcel arrived a couple of days later. This the third time I have used this site and you receive the items well packed and exactly as shown

Company’s customer support is pathetic. Website fake advertised free socks with shoes which never arrived. Shoes were of inferior quality fake knock offs sort of. When tried to return them, would not get a reply for weeks and was asked to send back shoes on my own cost internationally to US/China when I ordered them in the UK! Shame on Galartsy
