Exceptional service from beginning to end. Picking the right stone wasn't easy, but the team supported me every step of the way with thoughtful, details advice over email. Their patience and expertise made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really grateful- Thank you!

Frankie was extremely helpful and walked us through every single option. Modern experience in comparison to old, traditional jeweler.

I am in love with my ring. It came out more beautiful than the actual image online. It was my anniversary ring, and am glad you took the time to create this beautiful piece!

I placed my order on May 2nd, 2025 and sent an email to inquire when will my ring ship, to this day I have not gotten a response, but they took a payment on the loan. The company should give let you know when my ring will ship.

The ring was beautiful. However, I had to email twice to confirm the shipment of the ring to a FedEx location (the first email did not receive a response for 11 days), and I had to email to follow up as to the insurance appraisal. The customer service was, unfortunately, sorely lacking.
