Maya was awesome to work with in the custom design of my ring. She was very knowledgable and attentive to my questions. Would definetly recommend Gage to friends and family looking to create a special piece of jewelry.

I’m really impressed with the entire process from start to finish. First off, the website was super easy to navigate, making it simple to find exactly what I was looking for. The product descriptions were detailed and accurate, which gave me confidence in my choices. When the watches arrived, they were even better than I expected. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is outstanding—both watches feel durable and stylish at the same time. The delivery was prompt, and the packaging was secure, showing that a lot of care went into ensuring the items arrived safely. Customer service was also responsive and helpful when I had a couple of questions. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase from Gage Diamond and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality men’s watches online!

Lack of communication. It has been a nightmare trying to get information on my order and when it is going to ship out. And actually talking with a person has been very hard as well.

I’m still waiting on my merchandise to arrive and I’m about to be on my second payment for both of my loans. Until I receive my merchandise I will not be able to give a full honest review

The items ordered were not worth the amount I paid, which was astronomical for average jewelry. The Company claims the jewelry is made to order, but the items I received were nothing exceptional.

A very personalized experience as you have a representative that will help you with your order from start to finish via online, phone, and/or email. They were VERY VERY responsive. I know the purchase price of these products can vary greatly, my purchase was “average” if I had to guess, and I still received a very personalized experience.
