Item was slated to ship on a certain date. Of course it didn't. Called in to have faster shipping since I wouldn't be home the following week because of a traveling work assignment. Was told it would cost $150 for overnight. Would not wave the shipping fee even though they dropped the ball. I understand things happen but I definitely have no control over their production time.
