Gadget CircuitReviews of gadgetcircuit.com

I was leery because of the low price but my fear was unfounded. After a few days and not seeing my order progress on the Website, I called and was greeted by great customer service rep. She researched my order and assured me it would be shipped the next day. Very nice buying experience! Thank you.

I ordered a digital camera from Gadget Circuit over three weeks ago. I got a confirmation email with an order number, said it would arrive in 7-10 business days. When the product didn't show I tried to track the purchase on their website and got a response that said "no item has shipped for this account". I emailed. Didn't hear anything for the first day so I called this morning and got a voicemail saying that they were closed (I called during open hours). I got an email response just now saying that my cc didn't process so they didn't ship. It is ridiculous for a company to send a confirmation email and then NEVER follow up if the transaction doesn't process. There was obviously some sort of error when processing the card which could have been fixed if they gave it any effort. I also own a small business, it shouldn't be the job of the customer to contact them especially AFTER they sent a confirmation email. I am glad the charge didn't process, I am happy to take my money to a company that deserves it.

Bought a Nikon DSLR camera Gadget Circuit and had a great experience. I was a bit leery about buying online since there are so many camera websites that offer great prices, then try to bait & switch, sell-up, or give you a product that is missing some or all of the accessories. So glad that I found Gadget Circuit. They had the exact camera that I had been shopping around for, got the best price on it, got great customer service when I called to ask them a few questions before ordering, and got the product shipped to my home super fast and free shipping was included. The product was brand new in an unopened, factory sealed box and was exactly as described. This was a terrific shopping experience and I saved a couple hundred dollars (vs buying it elsewhere). I would definitely buy from Gadget Circuit again!

They had the best price on the Sony DSC-RX100 I could find. They didn't send tracking information (and entering my order # on their website got me nowhere) so I had to call customer service to receive a tracking number. It took me several tries to actually reach someone because several times I got a message saying to call back during their regular business hours (which I was). The camera did arrive safe and sound, but their customer service leaves something to be desired.

Customer service was really good. I was called second day to confirm order then received order within a week.

Very good price. Got the merchandise on time as ordered.

Hi: Price listed by Gadget Circuit was a solid $100 less than other online or brick-and-mortar stores. Hence, I was concerned about its quality and condition. However, I got a brand new Sony DSC-RX100 from them. My only gripe - they do not email you a tracking number. You have to call them to get one. Regards, -Deep

I've ordered a photo camera and selected a simple free shipping option which supposed to deliver my parcel in 7-10 business days. And that was fine because there were no rush for me in this purchase. How surprised I was when my parcel arrived in 4 days!!! I couldn't believe it. Taking into account the fact that it was the lowest price I could find in internet stores, I'm doubly happy with this purchase. Next time I'll start my search with this store. Highly recommended!
