one buy not a lot of history to tell

Had the lens I wanted at a great price and shipped extremely fast. Great purchase.

I ordered online Nivember 29 and had no issue in the order process and the site was very easy to manuver but I did not receive my purchase until December 10. This seemed too long to receive to me bit otherwise no other issues

Don't do what I did. So a few tips: - DON'T buy things from them if you need them in a rush. It will take them more than 3 days to process your order. Although the shipping is fast. - DON'T pay with Paypal, their system is bad and it won't track the order on their website. I didn't know the status of my order for 3 business days(not counting Saturday and Sunday). - DON'T try to email them, they won't reply - When you call, prepare to stay on the line and wait for +20min - The guys on the phone don't know the status of your order either. They couldn't tell me when they were going to ship it. So, maybe if you don't need your stuff right away, it's worth the wait, for me, it didn't work that I didn't know if they even were processing the order or anything like that.

I ordered a: Canon EOS Rebel SL1 / 100D DSLR Camera with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM Lens. The price beat all vendors by nearly $100, only thing is it cam with an odd (non U.S., non European) charging plug. maybe Australian or Japanese. I quickly turned it on to see if the display was in another language other than English. Thank goodness it was fine. I did have to order a replacement charger (which considering the added expense and inconvenience, I may have just ordered it from the next vendor on my list had I known in advance). follow up review: As a reply to the review left here about being shipped the incorrect charging cord, I was contacted by a representative of the company who rectified the situation by sending me and entirely new charge including the extra battery that comes with it... spare batteries will always come in handy! Thank you Gadget Circuit I have upgraded your rating. Excellent customer service!

I had shopped around for this lens and couldn't find anyone to match the price. When I realized there was no sales tax and the shipping was free, there was no reason not to order from them although I had never dealt with them or even heard of them before. Package came within the week and since it is a Christmas gift, I can only hope there is nothing wrong with it.

THIS WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! If you think that this is a sketchy website and you're unsure of making a purchase- DON'T, BECAUSE YOU'RE RIGHT. I believe that all of the positive reviews were posted by employees of the company. Always remember, if something seems too good to be true, IT IS. The truth about this website: Your order will never come. Their website states that they're open 9-5, but when you call the customer service phone number they're ALWAYS CLOSED and it says that they're open from 10-3 EST. I called about never receiving my order, let alone a tracking #, paid with PayPal (since everyone said not to pay with a credit card) and after about 30 attempts of trying to get in touch with them, someone FINALLY picked up and said that there was a "problem with my payment" after my payment has already completely cleared and went through. They told me I'm never getting my order. STAY AWAY- PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
