Got as great deal and arrived in a week from NY to CA. Only thing missing was the manual in english. Not a problem, downloaded from canonusa.com and good to go. Awesome camera and takes fantastic photos.

The shopping and checkout process was simple. Very great prices, I saved almost $300 compared to Amazon.com. What worried me was not receiving a confirmation email after I ordered my $800+ camera lens. I emailed customer service and got a response within a few hours from a guy named Todd. He said he requested the information and tracking number. I got a reply in 3 days with all the information I needed. It took 2 weeks to receive my lens. The product was coming from NJ to WA; I think they could have shipped it a lot sooner. The outer box was smashed in the corners. When opening the box, THERE WERE NO PLASTIC AIR BUBBLES to protect the camera lens. The lens box was about half the size of the outer box. The camera box itself was smashed in the corners and I could tell it was already opened. The lens hood didn't come in plastic like it does as I saw in other in boxing videos. However, other than that the inside packaging was perfect, and papers on information about the lens was in place. I was able to register the RAW editing software with the code that came with the papers. Very relieved and happy that the lens works as it should, and upon inspection it is in fact brand new. This was my first time ordering from them, it was a bit of a scare but in the end saving a few hundred dollars was worth it with how everything turned out. Bottom line: great customer service, terrible handling of items.

I ordered a canon powershot D30 and when I received the camera, it had the wrong manual in the box, it came with no cables to connect the camera to USB (I've owned 3 canon cameras prior and they all came with the cables and correct manuals) and the box says "ONLY FOR SALE IN JAPAN" and said that the warranty is not valid if it was sold elsewhere. I contacted their customer service asking if this was a new or refurbished item and I was told that the camera and the charger were the only items I have paid for.

Brand new Sigma 70-200 f2.8 for best price on the net. Quick delivery. What else can you ask for. Highly recommended.

I love the nikon D53 00 that I purchased with gadget circuit! Amazing deals, fast delivery and everything was new and works great!

Well I have to be honest, I didn't think to research this company until after I ordered my camera. While not all the reviews I found were bad, there were enough to make me think I may have made a mistake. BUT, I got exactly what I ordered, exactly when they said I would get it. No fuss, no hassle. Good service, in my opinion.

Honestly the whole experience was great. Got a brand new camera for 50 bucks less than anywhere else. Got a tracking number right away registered the camera with Samsung no problem. I would totally get stuff here again.

I wanted a grey market import Nikon DSLR first and worried that they are going to do a bait and switch. I email every dealers with great price out there. They are the only one that reply me. I had received the camera. So far so good. Would recommend them.
