I found the same camera on another site, said on sale but did not say refurbished like GC, my cost through GC was 161. the other site it was 144, both free shipping. I ordered some electronics from amazon dot com the same day I ordered from GC. I had already received my amazon order and myGC camera had not been shipped yet.

I had questions prior to making my purchase. They were a pleasure to talk to. Customer service answered all my questions, did not try to rush the call or up-sell me. Such a difference compared to the other online stores I spoke to that day. When my camera arrived, it was packed well and in good condition. Still breaking the camera in, but so far I've had great results. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

My camera came without a users manual but box said there was one included. The company refused to get one for me.

I recently purchased a camera from Gadget Circuit for an upcoming vacation and had ordered it with plenty of time to receive it in the 7-10 day ship time. The day it was scheduled to arrive, it was not at my doorstep. I checked the UPS status only to discover that the package was sent all the way across country, arrived at my local UPS distributor, and then was sent back to Gadget Circuit because (quote): "The address label is illegible". Now, I understand that mistakes happen and I do not know if there was a misprint on the label or the label was damaged in shipping. Here was the problem: I still needed my shipment in a timely fashion. I contacted support immediately and said that if I could not get my package re-shipped with 1-2 day shipping (again, there was a specific deadline), I would cancel my order. They offered no solution and I was left high and dry. Would not recommend, especially if you need something shipped in a timely fashion.

Item not available at other sites, glad that gadget circuit had it. Fast delivery, excellent price. Overall great experience.

Best price, product arrived quickly, even though I used regular shipping, and the product was exactly as expected.

I purchased Lumix Panasonic DMC-LF1 from Gadget Curcuit. The charger supplied with the purchase did not work. The company's representative came up with a mutually workable solution for having the charger replaced. I was impressed by the follow-up on the problem and immediate resolution. The price I paid for the camera was one of the lowest I could find around.I will definitely check them out next time I need to purchase electronic devices.

Smooth return/refund experience. It'd be nice if they offered return postage for such a case, but whatever. I'm satisfied.
