Gadget CircuitReviews of gadgetcircuit.com

Really pleased and very happy with the service given by Gadget Circuit. I called to talk to a sales representative. He was very courteous and helpful. The camera I ordered was here the next day! It was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely do business with them again.

Best price on the net for the camera I was looking for, quick and easy online ordering, delivered on time. Would order from Gadget Circuit again in a heart beat.

Talked with a very knowledgeable customer service rep to help with my product selection and buying decision. Got a fantastic price and delivery. Extremely satisfied and will buy from GC again.

Bought a camera, came in new packaging, everything looks and works great. no complaints.

I loved the price for the item I was buying. I spent the extra for 2-day shipping and have yet to receive my item a week and a half later. Upon calling, I was told "we are currently out of stock for that item and it will be shipped as soon as we have it in stock." So I missed the event I needed the lens for. What they make up for in price is lost on poor communication and customer service.

The billing and shipping zip code got switch so my delivery was returned to sender. When I requested a revised delivery address the customer service said they could only cancel my order and not send out again. Now I need to wait for a refund and don't have time to order the new merchandise in time for my event.

I had doubts as it was too cheap, but in the end it turned out alright. I know it is a gray market product, but hell, it is not that different from (and possibly better in some perspective) than buying a used one from ebay.

They had the best price and shipped quickly. I would definitely order from Gadget Circuit again.
