selection (5 stars), quality (3-4) value (5 stars) shipping (1 star) communicate on order (1 star) I absolutely love the 4 sweaters I purchased. And I do understand shipping issues now. However, I felt like the website is a bit misleading as it says it has a warehouse in the US and clearly my items were being shipped from China. And it was long enough with no communication (or accurate tracking) that I had resigned myself to write it off as a lesson learned on a FB ad. So I was happily surprised when my order came! That said.. I shouldn't feel that relieved to actually get an order I paid for....

This is a scam company. I ordered $97 worth of clothes on November 17th. It took two and half weeks for them to email me that my package was "shipped". It is now January 2nd and I still have not received it. Every time I email them asking for a refund, I get "it is on the way, please give us a few more days." I have told them numerous times, I don't want to give them a few more days, I want a refund on an order I never received. I can not get my money back from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM! I ordered sweaters two months ago and have received nothing. They will not give me a refund because they say that the order was shipped. It was "shipped" on November 29, with no additional information on tracking. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It has been the worst customer experience ever.

The site advertised items made in the US with a full refund option. None of that is true. Items are made in China, they do not give a refund unless you pay to ship back to China. This website is fraudulent and needs to be taken down.

This company is a scam and is fraudulent. DO NOT USE! I cancelled the order immediately per the company's on site cancellation policy (which they acknowledged in writing that they received) and they still sent the order with shipping costs. They refused to return the items at their expense and will only refund a portion of the cost. I have reported this company to Pay Pal and they have had other complaints. I WILL BE reporting to other entities! Do Not Use or you will be sorry!!! I have every bit of the correspondence with this company.

I ordered 3 tops on Nov. 14, and received my order on Dec. 22. While it took way longer than I anticipated to get my order, the tops were fine, no holes or rips, or strange sizing as other people have reported. They do look a little big. It is true that there are no care labels in anything, so I plan to hand wash in cold water and dry flat. I am not sure I'd order again. While as represented online, the tops were not too different from what I could find locally for a similar price, and the shipping delay was very annoying.

I ordered a $55 sweater from this company. It did not come as expected and when I asked for it to be replaced because it was not what I ordered, they offered a $8 refund. I told them I wanted the entire amount refunded or the sweater replaced with what I ordered and they countered with $12 because the cost of shipping from Dubai for them. Did not satisfy my ask or stand behind their product. Do not order from this company. Save your money and by from USA.

I ordered three sweaters for 100$ and I want to return two of them. They will not let me return them and are offering 13$ for two sweaters that I paid 65$ for and told me to keep them. I don't want them!! Don't buy from them.
