Instead of letting you return items without paying a hugh postage fee, they offer a little money and let you keep the items....that you don't want. Also, most of the items don't look like the pictures.

I will never order from this company again. I believe the reviews are not true reviews. I ordered 3 dresses. 2 of them are OK. I don’t’ really like the fabric, but they are workable. All of them are tight in the bust, and I”m not that big (40C). It took 2 months for the products to be delivered. The ad suggests items are made in the USA, but the clothes’ tags say “China”. Also, it states “free returns” which may be true, only if the item is damaged, not for sizing issues. They offered me $8 for a dress that cost $42 if I returned it. So disappointed!

Add my review to those of the other disappointed buyers. I fell in love with the pretty green dress in the photo and ordered a size medium. It took a few weeks to arrive, and what I received was very different in cut, length, and style. Instead of the flattering A-line shown in the photo and mentioned in the description (with a scoop neckline and a decently full skirt), the dress I received is basically a shift with short sleeves. My mid-length slip is even a touch too long for it. It's a cute dress, but it's very different from the design in the photo. Big confession: I wondered if maybe a larger size would wear a little better (showing a bit more of my collar bones, possibly a longer skirt, etc.). So I ordered a 2nd dress in Large. No luck! The second dress is almost identical in length and skirt fullness but just a little bit looser on top, which is even less flattering than the first. 😕 I don't mind keeping the first one - I really like the light, pretty fabric, and I'd love to come away with something I could wear to church or the theatre. I'm not even sure I will try to return the second one, though. I've already wasted time and money on these sellers, and I am not sure I want to deal with them for a return. Suffice it to say, I've learned my lesson.

I received on of their "cute" dresses but it was cut wrong at the top. Of course, I could not wear it. I asked for a refund, and was "negotiated" with 3 times so far. What a ridiculous scam. I won't buy from this site again. They started at $5, then $10, then $15. I refused each time and asked for a full refund. This dress was made improperly, and they want to negotiate a refund! Definitely not from SC in the USA. Buyer beware for sure.

I ordered 3 dresses & while the quality was not great I probably would have kept them if they fit. Not at all true to size. To return items you must contact customer service & if they "approve" your reason for return they will provide a return address. Sizing problems are not a valid reason as they say sizing differences should be expected. In the end they refunded $17 of my $97 purchase.I will not buy from them again.

I ordered mid-October and did not receive the items until almost Christmas. I felt the FB add leads you to believe these items and made and come from the Midwest- they don’t. I asked over and over again and finally got a truthful answer. If you want items for next year I’d say go for it- I like everything I ordered and the price point is great. If you want to keep your business in the U.S. don’t order.

The delivery took ages, but was partly due to the roads in BC. I ordered two sweaters the same size (yes I checked the measurements) One sweater fits good, but one is so much smaller, I’d guess at least 2-3 times a smaller size than what I ordered. Not happy.

I came to this site to confirm Gabrinl was an honest retailer. Based on reviews here, I assumed they were. My order was shipped 2.5 weeks after I placed it. I started to wonder if I had been scammed. I contacted the company and they did reply that it was being processed. They did respond. It took 10 days to arrive and I didn't pay duty, so that was also good. However, the product itself is... fairly different from the photos. First the colours in the photos is definitely enhanced. The colours are less vibrant than the images. One sweater I bought looked like a sweater from Walmart - not at all like the photo and not worth the price charged. The yarn in the sweater is a thin recycled 'substance' (thinner than acrylic). Due to it's thinness, it doesn't match the look/feel of the photos. I can't see the sweaters looking nice after one wash, let alone a season of wear. There appears to be quality control in the manufacturing. However, there are no labels with instructions for care, what the fabric/yarn is, etc. I have asked for a refund - which requires a label. I'll see how that goes. Given anyone can write a review with no way of confirming my purchase, I'm wondering if this site actually is trustworthy. Perhaps Gabrinl staff fill these reviews? I am so disheartened with buying clothes online.
