I would give zero stars if I could.
I would give zero stars if there were an option. The clothing was not the quality I expected at all. I expected cotton but got plastic. I tried to iron a hem as I was trying to shorten the one of the four dresses I ordered because it was longer than the picture made it look, and the dress material literally melted. On another dress, the jacket that came with it was tiny, not nearly the length it looked like on the website. And the customer service has been non-existent. I ordered four dresses in the same size, and one did not fit. There’s no customer service phone number on the website, and no one is responding to the four emails I’ve sent asking for directions on how to return the dress. I can only conclude they do not want to offer a refund. This company clearly doesn’t care about securing return customers.
